Template:PageTabview Hikawa Sayo is a second-year student at Hanasakigawa Girls' High School and a member of Roselia. She is the older, more serious twin of Hikawa Hina.
Appearance
Sayo has slanted green eyes and long, light, teal hair about navel length with her forelocks worn behind the ear with a curl on the end. Her bangs are neatly parted with the exception of a single loose lock.
Her casual attire is simple with a tomboyish, yet cute tone, mixing pale and dark shades.
Personality
A serious and fussy girl, Sayo can come off as somewhat cold in nature. She would never cut corners or be shoddy about things; because of that, she lives her life too seriously for her own good.
In comparison to her sister Hina, Sayo is fairly stiff and sharp, and is highly stubborn when trying to do what she believes is best for others. Like Yukina, she is prone to making snide or rude remarks.
Deep down, however, Sayo has an inferiority complex and feels as if she is not as talented as her sister. While Hina can master new skills in the first attempt, Sayo tends to work twice as hard in an effort to "catch up" to her and stand on equal ground with her as a guitarist.
Sayo is also fairly formal, and addresses everyone with their last names, except for her sister and Udagawa Tomoe.

- ESP Guitars will release a real-life version of Sayo's guitar, M-II (Full Name: M-II Roselia Sayo), alongside Lisa's bass, and other Bandori merchandise relating to Roselia.[1][2]
- She is the tallest Roselia member.
- She is a member of the Archery (Kyudo) Club and Disciplinary Committee.
- Sayo loves reading music magazines and in one in-game conversation, was even shown carrying seven of them in her school bag.
- Despite being a serious and mature person, surprisingly her favorite food is junk-food, while vegetables are her least favorite food.
